We offer a 10-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund.

Please Note:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, worn, or used.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

 

Order Cancellation Policy

      1. Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to approval based on order status.

       2. Order Processing Time:

  • We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days.
  • If your cancellation request is submitted before shipment processing begins and within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund.

      3. Important cancellation instructions:

If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled;

Wrong product ordered
If you change your mind or realize that you have ordered an incorrect product, please contact our customer service (banaboos.store@gmail.com), we are able to modify or cancel your order before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your product has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes.


Wrong product received
What if your incorrect order has already been shipped? Or what if there is an error in the product being shipped to you? There are 2 ways to save your money:

1. Please reject the package upon delivery and mark Return to Sender (RTS).

2. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, we will be happy to guide you through the return process.


Product not received
If your product was not delivered at all or was lost(not including stolen), please contact our customer service (banaboos.store@gmail.com), we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, then arrange a replacement as soon as possible. .


Damaged or defective product
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service (banaboos.store@gmail.com) to clearly detail the problems you are having, we will replace or refund your order at our discretion.

We need you to return the faulty product and all accompanying accessories, with their original packaging.

 

Customs Restrictions

Please note that some countries restrict the import of adult products.We will do our best to assist with customs clearance, but if the goods are detained or confiscated by customs, we cannot issue refunds or bear any losses.

 

Please note that we will try our best to help the goods pass customs, but we cannot guarantee it. Once the goods are detained, we cannot bear all losses.


Any other return request

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
