Which places do you deliver to?
We can ship to any place that can be reached by global air transport. In order to save customers' expenses, we adopt the global free shipping model and ship from the Chinese warehouse.
How can I know if my address is eligible for shipping?
If you can fill in the address when you place an order, we can ship it.When filling in the order address, if your country is not listed in the options, it means that the product is prohibited from import by your country. For orders that cannot be shipped, we will refund 💵 within 24 hours.

Returns & Replacement
Can I return my products?
Yes, but only if the package is unopened. Adult products focus on health and privacy issues. Sorry, we cannot sell it again once the package is opened. If you need to return the product, please contact customer service within 10 days after receiving the product.

Absolutely.All Banaboos toys are made from medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, or non-toxic TPE. We never use phthalates or porous materials.
How do I clean my toy?

- TPE toys: Use toy cleaner (avoid boiling).
- Tip: Store in a dry place after cleaning.
